IFONE services are available under the blanket purchase authority
contract issued by the U. S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command.
This BPA is open to the U.S. Army and all other DOD or U.S. Federal
Department and/or Agencies.
To place orders under this BPA, an authorized purchaser (see paragraph
3.1) must possess and provide a BPA Call Order Number to IFONE, Inc. A
Warranted Contracting Officer from DOD, or U.S. Federal Department
and/or Agency (see paragraphs 7.1. and 7.3 ITEC4-W POC) will provide a
BPA Call Order Number to authorized purchasers. The following may be
authorized purchasers:
- All U.S. Federal Department and/or Agency authorized purchasers,
- All DOD authorized purchasers,
- All National Guard authorized purchasers,
- All U.S. Army authorized purchasers.
NOTE: A BPA Call Order Number is the alpha number identifier for each
BPA Call Order as set forth for this BPA by ITEC4-West or a Warranted
Contracting Officer who is employed by the Federal Government.
BPA CALL ORDERS: Orders will be placed against this BPA on individual
BPA Call Orders. Any Warranted Contracting Officer, who is employed by
the DOD, or U.S. Federal Department and/or Agency, is authorized to
issue a BPA Call Order Number to an authorized purchaser. IFONE, Inc.
shall communicate the BPA Call Order Numbers and associated information
to NETCOM-ESTA and ITEC4-West. The quarterly report shall begin 3
months after BPA execution and be provided by e-mail not later than the
5th day after the end of each quarter.
ORDERING AUTHORITY: Authorization for placing and administering call
orders under this BPA is given to any/all U.S. Federal Department and/or
Agency, DOD Warranted Contracting Officers. Contracting Officers are
responsible for providing e-mail copies of all issued call orders for
Internal Wireless to NETCOM-ESTA, Ada Veney, e-mail to: ada.veney@netcom.army.mil. All U.S. Federal Department and/or Agency,
DOD Warranted Contracting Officers are authorized to issue and
administer call orders but are NOT authorized to modify any provision of
the basic BPA. The ITEC4-West Contracting Office retains the Procuring
Contracting Officer (PCO) authority.
